Your instructor opens with a warm-up set to the deep cuts, partly to loosen everyone up and partly to settle the inevitable argument about the best year of the decade. The routine then builds move by move — count-in, running man, the points, the formation swap — each one drilled to the track until it clicks, with plenty of pauses for laughing.
Once the whole number is strung together, the group runs it top to bottom with the bride leading from the front, and the session closes on a freeze-frame ending everyone will want on camera. The ninety-minute version squeezes in an extra track and a proper mini music video of the finale.

Yes — the last run-throughs exist for exactly that. Phones come out, the group resets to the top, and the routine gets performed as many times as the clock allows. Ninety-minute bookings usually leave with something closer to a full music video.
